Harley-Davidson isn’t the only corporation on the list that isn’t living up to their supposed changes. Many corporations are very aware of the PR problems their woke positions cause when light is shined on them—but many are also hoping that giving the illusion of changing their ways will keep them off the radar while they wait for the day to return when they can resume full DEI activities in full view again. They have just moved the ideology back undercover, waiting to be able to resurface in the future. This is a coordinated approach amongst large BRT participating companies. Keep the pressure on!

👀 I have spent 20 years testing what actually moves the needle on human performance. Advice for success in the world of AI: Leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate the growth of your own human intelligence. Don’t rely on AI to think for you. Use it as an input to accelerate growth of your own knowledge. Always evaluate AI generated information against your own knowledge, common-sense, and real world experiences —just as you would (should) do with input from people. Independent critical thinking is an essential skill that is becoming scare. Utilize AI as a tool to help enhance and build your critical thinking capabilities.

Stop accepting everyone else’s monkeys! Your boss, coworker, subordinate, or friend likes dropping their problems on you? Don’t say “I’ll handle it.” Ask: “What’s your next step?” Make them take their monkeys with them. 🐒 Boundaries > burnout. Everyone has plenty of their own monkeys on their back - don’t take on others.
Stop appeasing the squeaky wheels. Rewarding the loudest complainers with no merit doesn’t fix anything — it creates more of them. You’re not providing good service. You’re incentivizing bad behavior. It’s a disservice to everyone. Knock it off.
You can’t please everyone, all the time. If you’re not making some people unhappy, you’re probably not doing your job. Real impact means challenging the status quo. Comfort is the enemy of progress. Stay bold. 🔥
