@DougTenNapel My dad rarely understood me, and it's unfortunate he didn't live to see where I ended up. But like yours, he was a stickler for seeing a task to completion. I didn't like it at the time, but it gave me a work ethic that I discovered was not typical among the population.

I’ve discovered this about myself, too. Unlike when I was a kid, I can generally stop playing a game partway through, not touch it for months, then finally go back to it. I run into the same problem - “where was I? What are the controls? What quest was I on?” Insightful…

I've kinda always had an issue with the modern term "creators". Nothing against YouTubers, and it's really Google's fault the term exists, but oftentimes it's just people making videos of stuff that other people actually *created*.

@JeffreyBrandes So they have to pay a few hundred more per year in service fees, or an increased local sales tax. Dependency is not a libertarian principle.. but VOLUNTARYISM is. Service fees and sales taxes are from activities you CHOOSE to engage in, instead of paying an obligatory local fiat.
