This is why I have a very contrarian idea about the second order effects of AI. Like for instance, they say that AI will replace customer service jobs. But I'd argue the opposite. We'll see a bigger demand over human-driven customer service jobs instead. look, we humans, are not all wired for efficiency. we are social creatures after all at the end of the day.

and to think that we're just scratching the surface of AI - and seeing how destructive it can be, honestly, it's probably the reason why I often find myself so anxious lately. I could barely open and use all these social apps right now without getting drained even after just an hour of usage. it's so chaotic. and kids today are literally going through these every single day. their "new normal" is literally poisoning themselves without them knowing.

This is why, I'd argue, that the best way to rebel against AI is by actually equipping yourself with the right knowledge without having to rely on any single tools. Read books. History, biology, philosophy - literally anything that would give you an overview of the fundamental truth. AI has always been, and even more, unreliable today and for more days to come.
