COCO STORYTELLING🥥 Seguro que te has preguntado… "¿por qué hemos tardado tanto en abrir los sobres de COCOS?" La dura historia detrás del "reveal" de los COCOS🥥 Cómo la comunidad nos ayudó a superar nuestros problemas💚 🧵👇👇👇 Emprender es muy difícil... Y más si tu meta es construir un mundo virtual como nosotros🎮 De repente, te enfrentas a una serie de nuevos desafíos🫠: - Aprender sobre áreas nuevas (legalidad, inversión, diseño...). - Inseguridades, conflictos internos y el síndrome del impostor. - La presión de vender y alcanzar el "soldout". - Las dificultades para obtener financiación. - Conversaciones delicadas con socios. - Gestionar críticas y resolver los problemas de la comunidad. A mediados de 2022, estábamos perdidos, tanto económicamente como emocionalmente😨😵💫 La idea en la que habíamos trabajado incansablemente parecía demasiado ambiciosa... El bull market había desaparecido completamente. Teníamos que buscar nuevas soluciones. ¿Qué mejor forma de ilustrarlo que nuestras propias conversaciones?: - @jgonzalezferrer: “Necesitamos dinero para poder empezar a construir nuestra idea” - @ManuAF9: “Está complicado en bear market. A menos que encontremos algún loco que invierta. ¿Hasta dónde podemos llegar construyendo nosotros solos?” - @jgonzalezferrer: “Necesitamos más ayuda. No somos expertos en muchas cosas como diseño gráfico, marca, marketing o ventas - @ManuAF9: “¿Y si involucramos a la comunidad? ¿Y si involucramos a la comunidad?🥥 Necesitábamos ayuda. Te necesitábamos en nuestro momento más complicado. Y no nos fallaste💚. La comunidad nació gracias a todos🥥. Construiremos el mundo virtual entre la comunidad. Y lo demostraremos. Lo ESTAMOS demostrando juntos en comunidad la de COCOS. La colección de COCOS tenía que ser diseñada por la propia comunidad. Y emprendimos el camino...: 1. Organizamos un concurso de diseño libre donde cualquiera podía crear su propio COCO. Fue un total éxito con más de 100 participaciones y 100.000 visualizaciones en Twitter. El espíritu COCO inundó las redes🥥 2. Seleccionamos a los 10 COCOS con más talento potencial y creamos la subcomunidad de COCO DISEÑADORES🎨 3. Propusimos a nuestros diseñadores que presentaran los accesorios que habían diseñado para que salieran en la colección oficial. Estos diseños tenían que seguir unas pautas de calidad para garantizar la armonía estética👩🎨 4. Desarrollamos una herramienta donde los creadores podían subir sus diseños y comprobar que se ajustaban al modelo definitivo🔨: Pero fallamos, de nuevo💔. Subestimamos los incentivos para motivar a los creadores y el trabajo que requiere coordinar equipos de diseño y desarrollo desde la comunidad. Entramos en pánico🔕. Mucha gente nos preguntaba cuándo iba a estar el reveal... Que ya habían pasado muchos meses... Entramos en un momento de ansiedad y parálisis🥵. En nuestro momento de mayor confusión, volvimos a la base... Fuimos a los valores de COCOBAY y encontramos la solución a nuestro problema: Ser transparentes y contar abiertamente los problemas que estábamos afrontando💚🥥 Teníamos que probar una solución diferente... La solución fue hacer las cosas más simples. Llegamos a la conclusión que podíamos lograr el mismo trabajo de manera más rápida si elegíamos a los 2 mejores diseñadores para este trabajo. Fue entonces cuando @esdotge y @alixonjviloria se unieron al equipo de COCO DISEÑADORES y todo despegó🚀: Los problemas que íbamos detectando se iban resolviendo uno a uno🥇 Primero dijimos que en septiembre estaría todo listo, pero, de nuevo, subestimamos el tiempo que nos llevaría corregir errores y conflictos en los diseños de los traits. Esta vez, cuando tuvimos problemas, fuimos más transparentes que nunca🤩 Comunicamos a nuestra comunidad y pedimos ayuda para solucionarlos. Les hicimos partícipes durante todo el proceso, y nos ayudaron a detectar conflictos en los diseños de los COCOS. Con foco y pasión, conseguimos avanzar más en el último mes que en los 9 anteriores🏆 Mil gracias de COCOrazón por tu apoyo sincero y confianza💚 Hemos conseguido cosas increíbles este 2023🚀 Cosas que muy poca gente ha hecho antes... Pero tenemos que acabar el año por todo lo alto🙀 Porque no vamos a dejar que la temperatura del mercado marque nuestro estado de ánimo💪 Así que estamos de celebración. Los COCOS vamos a tener identidad digital🥥 El viernes anunciamos la fecha oficial del reveal para este mismo Octubre🥳 Y antes de despedirnos, te pido ayuda, una vez más...
