Spatial UI design can create more immersive and engaging experiences by allowing users to interact with digital content in a way that feels more real. For example, users could explore a virtual world or interact with a 3D model in a way that feels like they are actually there.

Looks cool but personally I don't need a 3D map to choose an AirBNB. It's extra / useless information in 99% of use cases. This example is of the BEST case scenario, where there are lots of properties close to one another and their geographic position relative to a natural landscape feature may be important... like if you're staying at a ski resort or something. But if I'm staying in the city, a regular 2D map actually gives me more / better information than this 3D one does. 3D views of the room are cool though... assuming people use a 3D camera to capture the content in the first place. Excited for the world to move into a 3D native / spatial computing native generation, but there is a long road ahead to establish production pipelines and UX best practices.
