24 pushups. Not just a number — a reminder of why I keep pushing. I swapped planks for pushups today, and I felt every rep. Not just in my chest and arms, but in my heart. I missed a call with my daughter yesterday because I got called into work. That stung. But right now, I’m grinding for something bigger — a home, a car, and the freedom to spend more time with her. Exercise is my therapy. It’s where I put the frustration, the stress, and the ache of missing moments. Every rep is one step closer to the life I’m building for us. This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up — for myself, for my daughter, and for the future I refuse to quit on. 💪❤️

Not where I want to be yet… but I’ve come a long way. Been thinking about the journey lately. The setbacks, the comebacks. The moments I wanted to quit, and the ones where I rose up instead. I’ve realized something lately… I need to gain my confidence back. Been in protection and task mode for a while now, especially after the heartbreak. A few girls have playfully engaged me lately, and I froze up. Couldn’t match the energy. But that’s shifting. It’s time to stop shutting down and start opening up, to joy, to confidence, to the potential that’s still out there. Vibe upgrade in progress.

I just did 1 perfect pushup. I weight around 277 lbs. Literally lifting the equivalent of a fully loaded barbell off the ground, with zero machine assistance. 170 - 210 lbs. My left wrist flared up. Losing more weight and practicing incline push-ups. 💪🏼

I woke up at 278.4 lbs. Ive lost nearly 107 lbs. Just woke up from sleeping after an overnight shift. Contacting my other job to see if they set my shifts yet. Awaiting responses. Today, I am focused on moving forward step by step. For myself, my daughter, a brighter future.

Tooth fairy's on standby 🦷✨ Today was one for the books. We built a pillow fort, snacked like pros, watched Zootopia, and celebrated a missing tooth. Being present for these moments is everything. She told me, “Thank you for all the snacks, Daddy, I had an amazing day.” And that’s all I needed to hear. Now, time to lock in for the overnight shift. Grinding for something bigger, for her, always. 💪👨‍👧

Ellaidria came over yesterday when I was feeling down, and she cheered me up. We even had a little sleepover. Today, I’m taking her out for donuts and planning some fun activities, drawing, movies, and cooking together. Making the most of this time before school and work ramp back up.
