Unfortunately quite common for players who grow up "without restraints". Coming up athletically dominant it's easy to cheat and not prepare properly for receptions, esp since Rice used to play CB and could easily face the play but it's a shortcoming that's been exposed alot now.

This seems fairly accurate to how I perceive Summerville too, a few elite traits but generally ~good. All depends on role and mental adaptations especially off ball for his fit at whatever team he moves next.
