@VSCodeJava 1.36.0 has been released with a spooooky new feature. We added experimental support for compiling with 'javac' (requires Java 23). Users are able to switch between the 2 ('ecj', 'javac') with the same underlying features. See github.com/redhat-develop… for details.

@VSCodeJava 1.33.0 has been released! We made 'Source Actions' more visible, the ability to exclude files from problem reporting, and better project import stability. We did have to drop compiler support for Java < 1.8 in this release. See github.com/redhat-develop… for details.

@VSCodeJava 1.32.0 has been released! A project import issue, potentially leading to forever builds was resolved, along with much needed fixes to Lombok support. We also made improvements to code assist, and code actions on older machines. See github.com/redhat-develop… for details.
