@FixRadioUK I've found it swings & roundabouts with resi & commercial in general construction & maintenance. Currently, 50-50, with many long-term clients. The commercial wk is good as long as they pay on time, which can be a headache in this sector. Though I forsee more commercial next year
@FixRadioUK It is the principle 💯% and you do this work in good faith. My advice: 1. Do a written quote (with T&Cs) 2. Take a deposit if works are over a certain amount. 3. Small claims court is an option... businesses certainly won't want this against them. 3. Trust your gut instinct!
