Karmelo Anthony’s parents are the reason their son is going to spend 17.5 years in prison. They have no one to blame but themselves. To be fair, the wackadoo far right likud’s are the ruling party… for now. He probably didn’t think to make the distinction because he was referring to the actions of a current governing body. He probably assumed that his audience would understand that he’s referring to the ruling party, and its leader. You’ll notice that Piers doesn’t usually make the distinction even while criticizing his own government. I’m sure that some of Israel’s international critics are either too ignorant to make the distinction, or they’re genuinely antisemitic so they don’t bother making the distinction. Piers Morgan isn’t intentionally trying to mislead his audience to make them hate the Jews, he’s not an enemy of the Jewish people. I think he’s actually quite fond of the Jewish people, and the nation of Israel.

There were no terrorist attacks made against Israel. By all standards(except for the Israeli governments) the Israeli military is considered to be an invading force operating within the borders of a sovereign nation(Lebanon.) Invading forces are almost always met with resistance, and rightfully so. Benjamin Netanyahu told the world yesterday that despite hitting 150 “Hezbollah targets” they somehow only managed to kill a few dozen terrorists. Israel is supposed to be the most advanced military in the world, yet they miss the enemy 70% of the time? No, I’m not buying it. As a matter of fact, Bibi framed it as though the operation was a success. The prime minister and his cabinet members view every single Lebanese man, woman, and child as “Hezbollah terrorists.” That’s exactly why he claimed that they struck 150 “Hezbollah targets” despite hitting civilian infrastructure, buildings, and houses that didn’t have a single terrorist inside 70% of the time. In military terms they refer to that as a “scorched earth policy.” I don’t believe that Israeli politicians represent the views or the interests of all Israelis, let alone the entire global population of Jews. I vehemently oppose the idea of guilt by association, that applies to all ethnicities, religions, races, and demonyms.
