Domestic violence can manifest in a number of ways, and there’s usually more than one tactic taking place in an abusive relationship. Regardless of the coercive behavior(s) used, it always comes back to power and control over the victim. #Every1KnowsSome1 #DVAM
Someone you care about is likely experiencing #DomesticViolence, whether you can see it or not. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience severe physical violence from an intimate partner in their lifetime. #Every1KnowsSome1 #DVAM
