Best part of connecting top Nigerian talents with US businesses is the random messages that come with it. "You changed my life." “Just got promoted at {company} Then they show me what they've built since I placed them. That's why I do this. Get as many Nigerians as possible into US roles. That's the goal. Simple.
Fixed monthly pay makes people underperform. They know they’ll get paid in full whether or not they put in their absolute best. This is why I desist and do not recommend it. Say your budget for a setter is $3000/mo. Make base $1500/mo. Hitting KPIs an extra $500. Up to $1k in commissions. It's hard to get the best out of people without structures similar to this.
One setter I placed for an agency works 4-6 hours a day. Books 20-30 meetings a month for them on LinkedIn. The founder is closing multiple $10k deals from those calls. And he's saving 20-40 hours a week. 3-5x cheaper than a US setter. Same output. Sometimes better.
We placed a Nigerian as inbox manager for a cold email lead gen agency Almost two years later… He's still working with them, built and now managing his own team under the agency. The client is saving up to $15,000 a month compared to what they'd pay for the same role in the US. This is how it typically goes with talents we place into businesses. They do their job excellently, grow into the businesses and are almost always open to more work. If you’re working with a Nigerian... You're getting someone who works like they have something to prove…because they do. Landing a foreign job in Nigeria is a big deal. They don't want to lose it. So they do everything in their power to keep it, prove their competence and help whoever they’re working with. I've placed VAs, setters, ghostwriters, cold email managers, SMMs etc Every single founder I know who hired a Nigerian… through us or on their own… still works with them. Most hired more. Every. Single. One.
