i mention in a few other videos, i'm running mainly apple store ads rn - which is why its annoying tim apple suspended my ad account lol
its everywhere tbh, whole thing is leaky asf
other than app page view to install, my screenshots & design are cracked
but everywhere else, like onboarding flow was amazing, 90%+ but today its 78 which is still good i think
and conversion is all over the place
realsistically i dont have enough data to be drawing any conclusions rn
thats fair g. honestly for early stage app if ur getting revenue, esp in a smaller niche, keep it private. it's what i'm doing for now.
i have mine right at the end like one or twos steps before paywall. don't ask too early cos u havent' shown the user or convinced them that the app is valuable to them yet. ideally show them something valuable
good example is the guy that made ToneAdapt, i forogt his handle rn. the app basically replicates guitar tones with your gear. so he asks user to choose song that they like and input their gear during onbaording - and then shows them how to get that tone with their gear
and then bam asks for review
its perfect example - provides value and then immediety asks for review, user is like yh ok i got value gives 5 stars
so u can maybe try recreate that for ur niche
