@virginmedia I want to pay a final payment on a mobile phone bill we don’t know the password on the account so we rang and we cannot do on the phone either ... wasn’t allowed to speak to a manger and handler wouldn’t give there full name.. I just want to pay you

@virginmedia No it wasn’t done on either calls so no further forward , just said need to reset password we explained we tried on line and couldn’t and said to ring ..ring and they say cannot do with our password ... as I said I now given up

@virginmedia Honestly I have tried your handlers are not helpful never in my life have I had trouble trying to pay a company money ... they will not deal with you unless know your password .... so I give up I find a company that’s cares, £250 a month of lost business 4 u

@virginmedia I cannot use 789 as no longer have the mobile and I tried to talk to your team twice with no luck I am very angry and about to cancel the three phones , TV , internet I have with you ... I just want to pay a bill and I can’t such poor service
