I feel this 😅 Personally, morning doesn't work for me as my wife starts work at 5am and I have to watch our 3yo until she's back around 10-11am. I had periods where I managed to be consistent and workout in the afternoon, but didn't stick long. You get out of your routine once, you tell yourself you'll do it tomorrow, then you blink and it has been months...
