We’d love to help with this! Typically, if a reservation was booked through a third-party site (like Expedia, Priceline, or a corporate travel portal), our system unfortunately won't let us link it to an existing Avis Preferred account after the fact. Please DM us your Avis reservation confirmation number, confirm the name of the renter, and the email that was provided for this rental so we can look into this for you. ~Rory

However, if a flight is scheduled to arrive after hours, the rental location requires at least 72 hours advance notice to ensure staffing is available.
