My @atriushealth pharmacy in Cambridge just has the WORST customer service. I regularly wait 5+ minutes on hold, and they often don’t fill refilled prescriptions unless I call them!

Yet another @pearson -run web store, the @MicrosoftPress store, has not delivered an e-book I preordered, even though it’s available elsewhere, and there’s no mention of a different publication date. This seems to happen often - for me, at least. I have to ASK for a purchase.

{Sigh} I remember when @Amazon was actually a reliable shopping partner. That was even true when I moved from the suburbs to the city, almost 20 years ago. That all went to pot about 10 years ago, when they got big enough not to care much about individual customers.

@Amazon @WholeFoods I think @Amazon delivery drivers should be fined every time they take a pic of the package they delivered being dropped on the sidewalk or steps to an apartment or office building. If they delivered when they SAY they’ll deliver, we can be sure to be there to accept the package!

@Amazon @WholeFoods @Amazon delivery drivers also ignore @Amazon’s OWN policies on when they can deliver packages. The freelancer drivers just want to deliver as many packages as they can. I have documented instances with @Amazon where drivers deliver before @Amazon’s 5 am start time.

I just posted this, but somehow, it didn’t get through: @Amazon delivery drivers just dropped a new device I ordered on the sidewalk outside my office building. It was supposed to arrive next week, when I would actually be there. What are these delivery guys thinking?

@Amazon did it again. They delivered a tablet I ordered to my closed office building (the delivery date was listed as next week), left on the sidewalk. I don’t expect it to be there.

Of course, this applies to common, private cybersecurity. If you've got the resources of you government behind you, protection is a more realistic goal Even then, incidents like the Salt Typhoon attacks show that it eventually comes down to people. People are fallible.

I used to call it “Mossad Security.” you can build protections to protect your systems and data against my most attackers, but against Nation-State actors - GRU, MSS, Mossad, etc. - forget it.

I was in a moped accident 35 years ago, and shattered my jaw. You know how long state-of-the-art dental repair work lasts? 35 years. So I’m going through a major dental rebuild right now. I mean major. My teeth (or rather, my jaws -teeth are gone) are killing me right now.

Mueller didn’t say he was innocent. Cannon didn’t say he was innocent. Merchan didn’t say he was innocent. Chutkan didn’t say he was innocent. Jack Smith didn’t say he was innocent. He got away with all of it. And not a one of them said he was innocent of any of it. Not one.
