@AmazonHelp Please could you add 'Front Porch' to your list of potential customer delivery places. Most drivers put the parcel in the unlocked front porch but some leave it on the doorstep outside the porch in full view of the road. Thanks

@Morrisons could you deal with my elderly mothers refund request for a overpaid delivery charge. She has sent you emails and made numerous telephone calls even providing documentary evidence. I have a case reference number if you need it. This is causing her unnecessary stress.

@sainsburys My Mastercard keeps being declined for online purchases from Sainsbury’s although my bank card works fine. I don’t have the problem any where else. I guess this the authorisation problem in the news. Is there any information you can give me on how to resolve this?

@DVLAgovuk My wife has applied back in May 2021 for a 3 year medical driving licence renewel. She has heard nothing back and it is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone or online chat. She has also emailed 3 or 4 times without a response. What do we do?

@DVLAgovuk She has never been told you received her renewal application so we don't even know you are dealing with this matter. As far as we are aware her driving licence as been revoked and she cannot drive. She needs to be able to speak to someone about her perticular case.

@BankofScotland I couldn't report the card found on your auto response phone line as I didn't have sufficient details about the owner. I have therefore cut up the card and disposed of it. Maybe you should look at a straight forward way of reporting found debit/credit cards.
