BREAKING: Justice Jeremy Johnson has ruled that the Filton 4 will be sentenced as terrorists – even though two juries refused to convict them of violence charges over their efforts to disable an Israeli factory in the UK making killer drones for use in Gaza. They were found guilty of a minor charge of criminal damage. Judge Johnson kept the jury in the dark of his plans to sentence the four as terrorists. This is the first time in British legal history that anyone has been sentenced as a terrorist for damaging property. It's a very dark moment in an increasingly authoritarian Britain. Thousands of legal professionals complained about Johnson's clear abuses of legal procedures to help the government's case for proscribing Palestine Action as a terrorist group. A reminder of what the Gender Recognition Act 2004 - passed by Parliament just six years prior to Gordon Brown’s alleged Bathroom Bill - says: ““(1) Where a full gender recognition certificate is issued to a person, the person’s gender becomes FOR ALL PURPOSES the acquired gender (so that, if the acquired gender is the male gender, the person’s SEX becomes that of a man and, if it is the female gender, the person’s SEX becomes that of a woman).” The Gender Recognition Act settled trans women ARE women. The EA 2010 never contradicted that. Preposterous. Also, the EA does not mention the gender critical phrase “biological sex” - first mentioned by Lord Hodge last April. In the summing up written for him by the @EHRC and the GCs.

So a trans woman who looks no different to a c!s woman, with full female anatomy, who is very poorly, must be treated in a corridor and not the female ward where there is an available bed and nurses station, because when she was a baby, the trans woman had a penis. Medical sense!
