@Airtel_Presence Recharge failed but amount deducted from debit card (My Airtel app). Called customer care and mentioned the txn id 087430, he said NO RECORDS FOUND for this txnId and recommended me to email a screenshot. 4 days no reply. My Airtel app is shit.
