"why don't LLMs know what time it is?" they know the date. they don't know your timezone, or that 4 minutes passed between your messages. context problem to solve.

@AskCapitalOne Understood. The issue still isn’t resolved - the credit shows as active but I can’t book with flexibility. Adding to the confusion, the first few agents told me I didn’t even have a credit. Hoping this can be fixed internally, not just worked around.

@CapitalOne my account shows an active airline credit ($829) with a “Book with credit” option, but every attempt to use it fails with an error. If a credit appears available but can’t actually be redeemed, how is a customer supposed to use it? (Screenshots attached)

@AskCapitalOne Thanks! Yes, I’ve had multiple calls and this was escalated to a supervisor. They can book it for me on specific dates, but I can’t book it myself despite the credit showing active and the portal saying "Ive the same access as anyone.” I need the same flexibility to book directly

Split view on Chrome is a solid productivity feature when working with a single screen / no monitor set up. For years, paid apps on Mac like Magnet served that space.

@rankintweets As many have pointed out, its useful on flights to watch movies. However, if Mac Apps allow movie downloads (Prime does, but Netflix doesn’t), its last useful function will be lost too.

Defaults matter. Storing chat history and allowing the model to train on data can be toggled "off" on frontier AI apps. This is separate from the concept of "memory" which still persists outside chat history.
