WordPress post templates inherit a lot of old habits. Social share buttons are one of them. If the row doesn’t serve the reader, select the block, open the menu, and delete it.

I had a feature idea for WordPress. Instead of filing an issue and waiting, I used Codex to build the implementation myself and submitted a PR to Gutenberg. Product person. Not a developer. You can do this too.
@johnturner True. Abstraction layers complicate things, but the more you use it, the better it gets. I've had really great success for a few months now, including building entire themes and sites.

Wow! This is really impressive. I love the creativity here, and the honest storytelling.
I had really great success with @claudeai Design this week. Tip: Work on an individual component. This is just one card for a dashboard. I went through five revisions, but they were all minor and new features. I could’ve rolled with v2 if I wanted, but I dialed it in.
