@IndiaPostOffice @MoIB_Official I had made the payment of 15953 through UPI for the parcel to be sent to US at Pune HO on 12 Sept. The money got deducted but wasn't recieved. I was told I would get same back in 2 days so i paid in cash. The money hasn't been refunded yet.

My parcel was suppose to come through @delhivery @help_delhivery. My tracking ID is 7642410081034. It said out for delivery on 3 days and eventually it said the delivery person couldn't get in touch. I haven't got any calls from the person nor has there been any delivery attempt.
