Can anyone explain why so many companies use alcohol to recruit top talent? They think they need to have a "party" culture at the company. The whole "work hard play hard" mindset. How does this make sense for insurance costs and work productivity down the line? #Drinking

I sanctioned the slow death of my spirit as I drank bottle after bottle. I knew my physical deterioration was worsening; I drank anyway. I succumbed to the alcoholic depression with an utter acceptance of my fate. I knew...so I drank more to escape the fear of who I had become.
