Energy investors: oil is up and natural gas has been flat. Do we just have too much natural gas to see prices move up even with electricity demand going up??

Before you invest in an oil & gas deal, look it up yourself. Most states publish well data publicly. Look for: proposed loc, operator, and what's been drilled nearby. Search for GIS map for the state and use the well name/number or operator name to find it. Trust but verify.

It’s easy to deliver tax benefits in an oil and gas deal. That’s just spending money. What’s hard? All the stuff to make money. Acquiring great location, keeping drilling costs under control, running lean, and running an effective hedging program to min downside and max upside .

@exxonmobil didn’t go far enough West. I love Texas but Arizona is great for HQs IMHO and we’d be happy to have them here. 40%+ of our electricity comes from west tx natural gas too.
