For those who've been wondering what I've been up to this year: After an incredible 6.5 years building and scaling @CopperHQ (from founding engineer to Series C), I realized it was the time to reflect and use the invaluable scaling experience to help others. Impressed by the advancements in LLM reasoning capabilities, I stepped down in April to found @_Interf— to rethink how organizations scale operations in the AI era.
