I have valued MK’s opinion for years. I can’t understand how his constant attacks on Saylor and Strategy are only a PSA. It seems emotional for him (especially when he’s only really using MNAV for his math. He is totally ignoring the balance sheet and CEBE. It’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out. Not necessarily at all. You have to add the entire balance sheet (including USD reserve) subtract the senior obligations (which is in USD not BTC), and the debt. That number is what is left over for the MSTR shareholders, which is then divided by the outstanding shares. While that number does fluctuate, you’ll find that hitting the ATM does in fact add to the CEBE (common equity Bitcoin exposure). That is still regardless of STRC price. This is a common misconception that is being promoted. Adam Livingston has done an amazing job of explaining this in his video breakdowns. It’s definitely worth checking out. Straight MNAV is a poor representation of what is actually happening.
