@ChristianSelig @jknlsn I would argue you'll never stop putting cream in your coffee until you have a coffee good enough to do so. If I drank preground Dunkin' from the grocery store, I'd probably go back to cream and sugar, too (in fact, I usually still do at diners)

@EmmaBostian I find it useful with my anxiety to just accept that today won't be good and just try to ride the wave and hope tomorrow will be better. Most of the time, it is for me. And knowing that tomorrow will be better helps me get through the day.

I think it's too late to save face, the horse is already out of the barn

Having a high deductible insurance plan is like a worse version of a sub club for your healthcare where after you spend $13,000, you get free subs for the rest of the year. But like, you still have to pay a lot of money for the punch card every month, too.

@PJVogt As a white guy who was not really aware of what was going on at BA, I found the recent episodes enlightening. If you're in a place where you can do so from a mental health standpoint I think parsing this out on air and trying to make it right seems like a good move.
