मोदी सरकार के 12 सालों में ग़रीबी घटाने की Campaign की Reality ⤵️ पहले ग़रीब से मनरेगा के तहत काम का अधिकार छीना, अब रोटी का निवाला भी छीन रही है ! 2016: मोदी जी ने दावा किया था कि उज्जवला योजना के तहत महिलाओं को लकड़ी के चूल्हे के धुएं से मुक्ति मिलेगी। साल में 12 सब्सिडी वाले सिलेंडर का वादा था। जो पिछले साल 12 से घटाकर 9 कर दिए। 2026: अब सब्सिडी वाले सिलेंडर की संख्या 9 से घटाकर केवल 4 कर दी गई। यानि, 12 का वादा, पर 4 का इरादा। LPG की कीमतें बार-बार बढ़ाई गईं। 5.56 करोड़ लाभार्थी रिफिल ख़रीदने में असमर्थ हैं। सिलेंडर छोड़, माता-बहनें चूल्हा अपनाने को मजबूर, … उनके आंसूओं पर घड़ियाली आँसू बहाने वाली मोदी सरकार सत्ता के नशे में चूर !!

INDIA गठबंधन की बैठक में सभी दलों ने 5 बिंदुओं पर अपनी सहमति जताई है। हम इन मुद्दों पर डटकर काम करेंगे 👇🏼 1. ये सहमति बनी कि SIR और मतदाता सूची में हेरफेर तथा चुनाव की निष्पक्षता के संबंध में भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश को एक पत्र भेजा जाएगा। ये पत्र उन्हें शीघ्र ही सौंपा जाएगा। 2. लाखों छात्रों को प्रभावित करने वाले अनेक गंभीर मुद्दों की स्थिति को देखते हुए ये सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया गया कि शिक्षा मंत्री को तत्काल इस्तीफा देना चाहिए। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि उनके कार्यकाल में NEET और CBSE परीक्षाओं में लाखों युवाओं के साथ विश्वासघात हुआ है। नतीजा है कि आज लाखों युवा सड़कों पर खड़े हैं। 3. वर्तमान में बढ़ती गंभीर आर्थिक स्थिति, बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, महंगाई, अत्याचार और किसानों के मुद्दों को हम उठाते रहेंगे। केंद्र सरकार को जनसरोकार से जुड़े मुद्दों पर एक सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलानी चाहिए, जिसमें हम इन सारे मुद्दों को उनके सामने रखेंगे। 4. INDIA की बैठक में मेरे शुरुआती वक्तव्य का अंश — मैं INDIA समूह के नेताओं की इस बैठक में आप सभी का स्वागत करता हूं। यह समूह लगभग ठीक तीन साल पहले अस्तित्व में आया था। मैं ज्यादा नहीं बोलना चाहता, क्योंकि हमारे सामने मौजूद मुद्दे आप सभी अच्छी तरह जानते हैं।हमने 17 अप्रैल, 2026 को लोकसभा में अपनी एकजुटता और एकता को बहुत निर्णायक तरीके से दिखाया, जब हम सबने मजबूती से एकजुट होकर डिलिमिटेशन पर मोदी सरकार के दुर्भावनापूर्ण बिलों को परास्त किया। अब हमें उसी भावना को और मजबूत करना है और आगे बढ़ाना है, ताकि मोदी सरकार के कुशासन के कारण देश के सामने खड़ी कई राजनीतिक, आर्थिक, सामाजिक और विदेश नीति से जुड़ी चुनौतियों का सामना किया जा सके। SIR के कारण हमारे करोड़ों लोगों से उनका मताधिकार छीना जा रहा है। संविधान पर हमला लगातार जारी है। जांच एजेंसियों का इस्तेमाल राजनीतिक विरोधियों को परेशान करने और डराने-धमकाने के औजार के रूप में लगातार किया जा रहा है। गैर-भाजपा सरकारों के साथ भेदभाव किया जा रहा है।जरूरी वस्तुओं की कीमतें लगातार बढ़ रही हैं और आर्थिक माहौल बेहद नकारात्मक है। नई नौकरियां पैदा करने के लिए जिस रफ्तार से नए निवेश आने चाहिए, वे बिल्कुल उस रफ्तार से नहीं आ रहे हैं। कई क्षेत्रों में निजी एकाधिकार बढ़ रहा है और MSMEs का भविष्य गंभीर संकट में है। परीक्षा प्रणाली के पूर्ण कुप्रबंधन के कारण हमारे लाखों युवाओं की आशाओं और आकांक्षाओं के साथ विश्वासघात किया जा रहा है। समाज के कमजोर वर्गों पर अत्याचार, खासकर भाजपा शासित राज्यों में, लगातार जारी हैं। हमारी विदेश नीति के साथ पूरी तरह से समझौता किया गया है और उन पारंपरिक मूल्यों को कायम नहीं रखा गया है, जिनकी भारत लंबे समय से पुरजोर समर्थन करता रहा है। मैं प्रत्येक दल के नेता से अनुरोध करूंगा कि वे कुछ शब्द कहें, जिसके बाद हम आगे उठाए जाने वाले कदमों पर सामूहिक रूप से चर्चा कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद हम सभी दोपहर 2:30 बजे बगल के हॉल में संयुक्त रूप से मीडिया से मिलेंगे। अब मैं अखिलेश जी से अनुरोध करूंगा कि वे हमारी कार्यवाही की शुरुआत करें।

Deeply shocked and saddened by the untimely demise of Shri Suraj Hegde, a young and promising leader who served the party with dedication as an AICC Secretary. Suraj was very close to my family, and I have known him since his teenage years. Watching him grow into a committed leader, deeply devoted to the organisation was truly heartening. He made immense contributions to the Youth Congress, while carrying forward the rich legacy and values of Devaraj Urs with sincerity and commitment. My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and supporters during this difficult time. May they find the strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss.

घरेलू LPG दामों में आग की लपटें आम जनता की रसोई को भस्म करने पर तुली हुई है !! मोदी सरकार ने पिछले 4 महीनों में घरेलू LPG सिलेंडर के दामों में ₹89 की बढ़ोतरी की है। हमारे 3 सवाल — 1️⃣ संसद में मोदी जी ने लंबी-चौड़े दावे किए थे कि वे West Asia War के चलते 41 देशों से Fuel Diversification कर रहे हैं। उसका क्या हुआ? ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आज भी LPG की क़िल्लत क्यों है? 2️⃣ 2025-26 में उज्ज्वला योजना में 5.56 करोड़ परिवारों ने केवल एक या एक भी Refill नहीं करवाया। इनमें से 3.30 करोड़ ने तो एक भी सिलेंडर Refill नहीं लिया। ये तो West Asia Crisis के पहले की बात है। क्या ये मोदी सरकार की लूट का नतीजा नहीं है? 3️⃣ मोदी जी और भाजपा नेता UPA के दौरान महँगाई का शोर मचाते थे। क्या ये सच नहीं है कि मोदी सरकार ने 12 सालों में घरेलू LPG के दामों में ₹530 की बढ़ोतरी की? अब भाजपा के नेता सड़कों पर सिलेंडर लेकर क्यों नहीं बैठ रहे हैं?

I visited the southernmost tip of India. I stood at Indira Point. I walked under trees that have stood for centuries. I dove into coral reefs among the most vibrant on earth. And I sat with the people who live there. Tribal communities, whose land is being taken away by violating the Forest Rights Act. Settlers, many of them former soldiers, placed on these islands by the Indian government, who aren’t getting fair compensation. The Modi government and BJP tells you Great Nicobar Project is about defence. It is not. Expand INS Baaz - we will back the government fully. The Navy has been asking for expansion for five years - it has been ignored. They tell you it is about a transhipment port. It is not. India is already building one in Kerala, which is on the mainland. What it actually is: 1.5 crore trees felled. Coral reefs erased from official maps. Soldiers and tribals displaced - so one businessman can build hotels and casinos on India’s most irreplaceable ecological land. Every young Indian I have spoken to understands this. You know that no amount of profit is worth destroying what can never be recovered. I stand for ecologically balanced development. These islands can be the most extraordinary sustainable destination the world has ever seen. That is the India worth fighting for. #GreenOverGreed #NicobarMatters #WorldEnvironmentDay

On World Environment Day, it is time to stop the further degradation of our forests, rivers, oceans, air, and habitats. While PM Modi publicly urges citizens to cope with rising heat through symbolic gestures such as “staying hydrated” to overcome the sweltering temperatures, his Govt is simultaneously presiding over one of the most aggressive and large-scale assaults on India’s ecological wealth in recent history. Official figures and project clearances indicate that nearly 1,91,922 hectares of forest have been chopped off in the last 11 years. Since 2014, an estimated 1.6 crore plus trees have been destroyed, laying bare the contradiction between the Modi Govt’s green claims and ground reality. Across the country, this ecological destruction continues unabated: 🪾In Andaman & Nicobar, the Great Nicobar project threatens to destroy ~10 lakh trees, endangering a fragile island ecosystem. 🪾In Madhya Pradesh, mining and infrastructure expansion are wiping out ~7 lakh trees across forest regions. 🪾In Chhattisgarh, the Hasdeo Arand coal mining project is set to fell ~5 lakh trees, severely impacting a critical biodiversity hotspot. 🪾In Rajasthan, multiple development projects threaten ~1.5–4 lakh trees, further weakening the already fragile Aravalli ecosystem. 🪾In Uttar Pradesh, highways and expressways have led to the removal of ~1 lakh trees. 🪾In Assam, highway expansion has cut ~1 lakh trees in just four years. 🪾In Odisha, the Bharatmala project has resulted in the felling of ~50,000 trees. 🪾In Maharashtra, coastal road construction and mining activities are destroying ~45,000 trees along with vital mangrove ecosystems. While the Modi Govt continues to claim an increase in forest cover. The India State of Forest Report (ISFR) defines “forest cover” using satellite-based canopy density and includes not only natural forests but also rubber plantations, oil palm plantations, orchards, bamboo plantations, and other tree-covered lands above one hectare. This deliberate conflation of plantations with natural forests masks the ongoing destruction of biodiversity-rich ecosystems and allows ecological loss to be disguised as statistical stability or even growth. India’s natural forests are being steadily eroded while the Modi Govt relies on manipulated definitions and selective accounting to manufacture an illusion of environmental progress. Studies show dense and biodiverse forests are being replaced by plantations and fragmented patches. This government has weakened and dismantled India’s environmental governance framework built over decades. This framework was first institutionalised under former Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi through landmark laws including the Wildlife Protection Act (1972), Water Act (1974), Forest Conservation Act (1980), and Air Act (1981). It was further expanded under the Congress-UPA Govt with the Forest Rights Act, 2006 recognising forest-dwelling communities’ rights, the EIA Notification, 2006 strengthening environmental clearance, the National Green Tribunal (2010) ensuring enforcement, and the National Action Plan on Climate Change (2008) providing India’s first climate framework. In sharp contrast, the Modi Govt has weakened, diluted, and bypassed these safeguards through procedural relaxations, accelerated clearances, and regulatory weakening that prioritises projects over ecological protection. Ultimately, India’s environmental vision must rest on three fundamental principles: unwavering respect for the rule of law, meaningful partnership with local communities rather than conflict with them, and a recognition that environmental protection and human development are deeply interconnected. Only through such an approach can India build a safer, healthier, and more resilient future for the 21st century.
