@Will_Schryver The market is irrational atm. A buyer pays a higher multiple bc of lower risk and higher growth pot. People bidding these smaller deals are not good at pricing risk. Problem is, the market can remain irrational longer than potential buyers can remain solvent.

@trentjhughes Staffing is the limiting factor. Most cleanings have to be done at night on quick turns basis. It’s mostly a nocturnal business.
