5.Lovable can create duplicates, so a clean slate helps. If things get messy, use a cleanup SQL script to delete all RLS rules and reset.

2.Use a separate profiles table to store roles like admin or manager. Don’t attach roles directly to auth.users.
1.RLS is off by default, which is fine for testing. But if you enable it later, things silently break. Turn it on early and write rules as you go.
