Good write-up. Pretty clear, straightforward, and a hell of a story — taking the path of 85+ licenses, heavy regulation, and real infrastructure — during a decade where most would’ve bet on crypto as the shortcut to cross-border payments (easier to build, fewer immediate regulatory hurdles, etc.) Less hype, more moat.
The way we’ve built Agents on Public, they can run as fully deterministic workflows—no hallucinations, no improvisation once the workflow is active. And yes, people absolutely want to maximize yield on their cash. The money sitting in checking and savings accounts is often the largest untapped opportunity. The problem with traditional recurring transfers is that they’re too rigid. Moving $5,000 on the 1st of every month isn’t always the right decision. Your optimal action depends on variables like current cash balance, upcoming expenses, inflows, and more. That’s where agentic cash management becomes powerful. Instead of following a fixed rule, it can make conditional decisions based on a much richer set of inputs. I expect this to become one of the most widely used agent categories.
