@thetimes published an article this week that lays bare the growing dispute between us and #Vodafone amidst its financial results. Mediation has failed. And while the business talks about transformation, growth, and mergers, those on the ground are still waiting for answers. Vodafone says it entered mediation “in good faith” and that it is “disappointed” it didn’t result in a resolution. Margherita Della Valle says the company must “deliver, deliver, deliver.” But when it comes to the people who helped build the brand, it hasn’t delivered. If Vodafone is serious about rebuilding trust - with customers, with investors, with partners - then it must also take responsibility for the impact of its decisions on people's lives.
