Fulham fans need to stop worrying about Arbeloa, and start looking forward to new tactics and ideas. Silva was great, but last season was as dull as I can remember in the last 20 years.

Somebody please point to what Arbeloa has done to deserve a top European job. Arebloa has kept a Real Madrid dressing room in crisis, lost to Albacete in his first game as boss and pulled up no trees as Castilla boss? The reason he may get the #FFC job is the Real Madrid name.

Marco was superb for Fulham, but his overall neglect of the academy was always a concern. We need a manager who will utilise the prospects coming through. Far too many have been lost due to lack of opportunities. That is how you can build a sustainable model.
