Last year we were appointed by the landowner to maximise the potential of the land/ barns they own near Gosberton. We worked alongside @WillBarkerandCo to develop the best strategy for the site. We successfully secured full planning permission for a new build house
Last month we secured permission for our client for a new build dwelling on a similar footprint of the existing agricultural barn to be demolished in Freiston Ings. We worked closely with @Bostonboro to secure the full planning permission for this self-build project. #Boston
We recently worked closely with @southkesteven to secure full planning permission in the village of Swayfield for a new three bedroom on this lovely infill site. We enjoyed producing the detailing on this new house. Thank you for your input on this one @WbarkerBarker #swayfield
