@iqrafatma1278 Unfortunately, I think you were mean. I follow your argument but the reality is that waiting staff in the USA are grossly underpaid and do rely on tips. When that’s the case then I’d probably add 10% regardless of whether my meal was simple or wildly indulgent.

The PM says he did not. You need to present prima facie evidence that he did - otherwise you have absolutely no case.
