Interesting timing. I've been building @shipdocs_ for months — AI docs from private repos, chat with your codebase, CLI in one curl command. Google just launched the exact same thing for public repos and put private repos on a waitlist. I don't have Google's budget. But I shipped private repos first. 🚢 → shipdocs.sh

I just found out that Google launched Code Wiki on November 13, 2025 Same concept. Public repos only. 7 months later... Private repos? "Coming soon." I shipped private repos first. As a solo developer. @marclou already knows this feeling, he built datafa.st, which @shipdocs_ actually uses for analytics, competing directly with Google Analytics as a solo builder. The indie hacker community moves faster than Google. We always have! @marclou @levelsio @tibo_maker - you've each shown that solo builders can out-ship giants. I'm trying to do the same thing.
