@thesamparr At 14:25 new host says his monthly burn of $200k was mostly charity, and he only spent $50-70k on lifestyle. But he spends at least $70k on staff and house tax alone. (Not counting food, cars, travel, or literally anything else.

@danielcberk Just listened to your recap of the Neil Patel interview. Really confused how you guys portray him as spending only 40k/month on himself when he tells you he has multiple employees making over 100 K and pays 300k/year just on taxes for his 5 houses. You have to call out that BS.

Aside from family, I think mine would have to be integrity. I turned down buying a business with great margins because I didn't think it did good work, and I'd be ashamed if my friends went there for service.
