@NYCHRA I had my phone to speak with a rep for 8 hours on several days no one seems to be handling these calls why 4 or 5 hour is out of control sometimes you need to speak with a rep

4/4 But to my understanding their was nothing they could do to help me. I had to cancel my policy , and they would prorated my account and refund the difference this is not fair. I informed you I would have to send a letter to the insurance board in which they did not

@CoreHomeAlarm my experience is that my father lives alone. His system has not been working for the last year. They sent out a rep three times and still no resolution I call they said they get back to us I. 24 hours poor customer service for sure

@JetBlue my experience was very low trying to fly from hon to mco the airport was a reck one you only can use the computers and it was not clear at all you only had a few people on the floor and they was nit sure what was going on you need to improve on that

@TmobileRialto page 2 You offer the iPhone 13 at no cost to the customer they were asked to put a deposit and a trade in they also would give a credit on the account for 24 months None of that happen at all I would like to speak to someone about this issue

@TmobileRialto I have been a customer for the past 25 years. Been through two mergers and still I remain a loyal customer. I have been having a billing issue since 2021 when you guys did the merger from Sprint to Tmobile you offer a promotion in which you offer the iPhone 13
