Now the TDSB is being sued for more than $3.3 million. Its former top lawyer, Paul Koven, alleges: ❌ The board and his ex-boss engaged in constructive dismissal — because he's Jewish. ❌ The board has consistently failed to adequately address "rampant" Jew-hate in recent years. ❌ The TDSB is a "poisoned work environment rife with systemic" Jew-hate that harms its students.
