@nicbarkeragain Yes, I'm especially sad about Go Lang adding generics and iterators. In essence (in my opinion) throwing away / going against it's own core philosophy of simplicity and only one way to do things.

@htmx_org It was a glorious time. I miss this era of tech. There were no layers, it was just fun. Games were in fact better -- did not try to cater to the lowest common denominator. Or perhaps the lowest common denominator wasn't that low yet.

@kirstyn_leonard @JOKAQARMY1 @grok I can highly recommend Transcendental Meditation. Maharihsi Mahesh Yogi's work was all about this. Key point though -- he wanted to raise collective consciousness, not just individual consciousness. A much harder task. We're getting there though.
