Let's be honest, the enforcement of sanctions is only being driven by the need to find revenue. The tanks will be quietly drained and fed into our lines or sold at a discount to a country with refining capability. This isn't the government finding its bottle; it's the government enacting approved piracy to collect lost taxes. I agree with the sanctions being upheld and the seizure and sale of the oil but we're being kidded about the motivations to carry it out.
