It's still coming. I've been delayed, but still working every day. The production quality is turning out higher than I expected (nice), but it's making the editing take a lot longer. i think the next one will take ~10x fewer hours 💀

Moving on from Mario. Disappointing not to get anything better than my intial 262% completion nearly a month and a half ago, but it's time to throw in the towel. Hey, at least I can say the only thing I "missed out on" was reaction footage, not anything in-game! (pic unrelated)

I keep finding myself wanting to call it quits on maxing out the new mario record, but I continue to get decent runs to the ending lol usually when I start to lose motivation it's because of hands stuff or attempts are failing at a higher rate, so this is a weird one for sure

Starting to dial things in a bit more for this Mario strat. Looks like jab after the last bat drop combo is indeed possible for an added 3%. Unfortunately, looks like basically every forward air bat drop combo will be pause buffered. Muscle memory has not been kind to me lately.

Okay, I don't think the Mario strat is phantom-viable after all. Just too likely that it will connect with the ground before the sandbag at the end Have some other options for maxing, definitely want 260+

@MVG_Mew2King Yeah, I had this in mind already but I still think I've paused way more often. a huge majority of HRC runs are reset early, which is probably on average a pause every 3-3.5s. So ~1k pauses an hour. Not to mention all the lategame strats where pausing is part of the strat itself
