Fable was the first model that actually allowed me to train a GPT model from scratch, build an api platform, and create a web app within 24 hours of getting access to it. Definitely something else. No other model I've tried this with has been able to succeed.

No ollama, no other tools - I rented a H100 from @runpod last night to train it based on data Fable recommended me. It supports tool calling and definitely not a good model, but it's a model that was effectively made by another model.

@wordgrammer It really depends on where you define the bar in my opinion. At what point are we just stroking our own ego as humans? For example, if we define conciousness by the ability to reflect and adapt to your surroundings; have you never seen an AI correct itself in its own thoughts?
