@OfficialBMRCL can you please manage the entry queues better at PeeyaIndustry station during the days when you don’t operate at Nagasandra and Dasarahalli please? Queueing is ridiculously extended to the service road outside metro

@OfficialBMRCL , have you noticed issues with metro since morning on the green line? Trains are running at 5 km/hr and sores don’t open until 30 sec at Dasarahalli station!

@varunpasricha5 , I hope you are also tracking/monitoring support call experiences. I had customer support rep, repeat the same thing over and over again and not understand my problem statement. Please train/provide them some escalation matrix, if the cant solve on their own!
