@bartbarber @albertmohler Valid point. It's within bounds, I just don't care for "I'm gonna use the whole time to speak my mind, then tell everyone else to shut up." I think "Hey, we're circling, I agree with 'for,' let's move the question and be done."

@bartbarber @albertmohler Most of the debate has been held already; we're on the finer details of "is this the way to handle it?" Just because we'd all like to get our 2 cents said doesn't mean it furthers the cause or helps the meeting. And that's the goal, not "I wanted to have my say."

@bartbarber @albertmohler honestly, the only thing I would change, and would have several cycles back, is someone speaking for/against *and* moving the question. It's within bounds, but it's saying "I get the last word!" This motion, and many, really just need one for, one against. Maybe 2.

@mattmillsap And women had served (well, one woman) had been a delegate (term at the time) twice before. So it wasn't the first women to show up. It was a choice roll back women's voices.

As I said from the beginning the SBC does not have a systematic sexual abuse crisis. The whole thing was a reckless hoax which has cost us not only millions of dollars but immeasurable damage to our witness. Glad to see both candidates on point
