@anielsen108 Hmm er nah. It's a practise to help with being lost to the moment, in thought. It brings all kinds of broad benefits to be able "wake up" to the moment in this way. The dishes example is just used to say that anything can be a mindfulness practise.

@vividvoid Did you get to try Fable? It was on a bit of a different level in terms of *just getting* what you're asking for. I use them almost 100% for coding and never had the issues with Claude 4.8 that others keep mentioning. And just love Claude Code. Just my mileage varying.
