The momentum and the energy is sometimes high
Sometimes it is low
But it’s always there
When it’s high, use it to your advantage and take all you can out of it
That’s how confidence is made
May you stay fit and healthy
The only way to change human behavior is to woo, instead of preach.
To make love, instead of threatening disaster.
To point out how glorious something could be, and in some way to live it.
This is the real meaning of “Make Love, Not War”.
To whoever needs to hear it: You can train max sprint speed and endurance during the same training period.
Unless you are hyper-specialized (i.e., 60m sprinter), it's possible, and likely beneficial, to improve both at the same time.

Between 74-81 seconds for each rep
60 second recoveries flew in
The whole session was over before I knew it
The blend of running speeds keeps the body guessing
400s are certainly at the higher end of the speed scale
It’s good to go there once in a while

But that’s the thing
These everyday runs are really the ones that count
Because they are reaffirming who it is you really want to be
A fine run from @EilishMccolgan over in the Netherlands today as she became the fastest ever British female athlete over 15km.
Clocking 47:12, @EilishMccolgan was just seven seconds away from the leaders and improved her personal best by an incredible 28 seconds.
She is also second on the European 15km all-time list behind Lornah Kiplagat – who ran 46:59 in 2007!

At today's Zevenheuvelenloop meeting in the Netherlands, Eilish McColgan became the fastest ever British female athlete over 15km 🇬🇧
She clocked 47:12 for fourth overall, bettering Calli Hauger-Thackery's 47:24 from March this year ⚡️
