@LBC @AliMirajUK How many protests or demonstrations have been policed, honestly without favour. Personally witnessed various backgrounds, ethics backgrounds, visible or other being treated the same, if like Mr Falter they deliberately creates a situation for cheap PR and play an victim. Oh dear

When you sit down for a meal and the 3 lads opposite recognise you from stops at least 25 years ago and said they now gone clean...it's either cause you did a good job or an awful ones it scared them for life..I am going for the first one...for now...that was an experience!

Just a little safety message. My phone was playing up, so I dropped it off for a new battery. Before they could work on it, the below happened. It was not plugged in or charging. If your phone gets hot or develops an issue get it sorted ASAP.

So the time has come to finally say goodbye to the MET. It has been a humbling and rewarding career, and I have been honoured to have seen & done some of the things I have & worked with colleagues who have been more than family at times.
