@Uber please educate your drivers that it’s never appropriate to take back alleys to get anywhere even if the gps says so. I am a female riding alone with a stranger. I felt unsafe and shook and it’s not ok. Do better.

Never will you see a quicker flight boarding process than passengers traveling from O’Hare to New York. New Yorkers are efficient and don’t mess around. It’s amazing.

3. Self-care - Pre event I try to amp up my workouts (to ward off anxiety) and eat really healthy. Post event I take a day or two off to recenter. #meetingprofs #eventplanner #leadership

2. Mindset - knowing perfection doesn’t exist and there are ALWAYS unexpected issues, no matter how much planning you do. So all you can do is prepare as much as possible and be nimble when something doesn’t go as planned. This helps to take pressure off.
